1. TARIFF
Please refer to the schedule of rates.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Our payment terms require a 50% payment upon booking. The balance of the payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
3. CANCELLATION
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Cancellation more than six weeks prior to you intended date of stay – deposit refunded.
Cancellation between two – six weeks prior to your date of stay – deposit forfeited.
Cancellation within the last 14 days prior to your arrival – full costs of your stay forfeited.
If the cancellation is due to health reasons, we will seek to rebook you at a convenient time.
4. SUPPORTED STAY
We offer a subsidy for supported stays for eligible guests. Please refer to the “Supported Stay” page homb.com.au/means-testing-supported-stay for more details.
5. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in is available from 2:00pm for guests on the date of your booking. Check out is 10:00am on the day of your departure.
6. PARTNERS
Domestic Partners are most welcome during your stay, but for security reasons we do ask that you notify us of this at the time of booking and your Partner checks in with us.
7. MEALS
Meals and snacks are provided to you during your stay. Any additional meals (such as to Partners) will be an additional charge.
8. VISITORS
Visitors are most welcome during your stay, but we ask that visits are booked in with reception in advance.
9. PETS
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate Pets on the facility at any time during your stay.
10. EDUCATION
Homb will run daily sessions in the areas of:
Lactaction;
Breastfeeding
Nutrition
Matrescence
Movement
Aware parenting
Birth imprints
As well as a range of other topics.
Times of these sessions will be advised to you upon check in.
11.LAUNDRY
A laundry service will be provided for you and your baby during your stay at Homb. This service can also be provided to your Partner at an additional cost.
12. PARKING
There is some parking available for guests nearby our facility. Please note as Homb is situated in a residential area we ask that all guests be mindful of our neighbours when parking, entering and exiting the property. Parking for the facility is between 31, 33 and 35 Regent Street.
13. VALUABLES
We do not guarantee the safety of any valuables in your room, so we ask that if you do have an item of value you wish to keep safe, you speak with staff at reception upon check in.
14. CONFIDENTIALITY
We confirm Homb will maintain confidentiality of all your personal and health records, and will abide by and observe its Privacy and Data Protection Policy, which can be found here — homb.com.au/privacy-data-policy.
15. DISCLAIMER
We note as follows:
Homb is not a medical facility, and is not providing any form of medical, health or emergency care. It is purely a residential facility for new parents. In the event of a health or medical emergency, Homb will assist you by contacting the appropriate emergency service, but is unable to provide any further medical or health care. Homb provides no guarantee and assumes no legal liability for the health or medical needs of its guests. Homb does offer education on matters relating to parenting, but does not provide any guarantees and assumes no legal liability in relation to this education.
16. CONSENT
By proceeding with a booking at Homb you are confirming your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and related policies in their entirety in addition to any other applicable laws or regulations.
These Terms and Conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms and conditions.
