MEANS TESTING
We offer both 50% and 100% supported stays to eligible guests
Qualifying for a 100% supported stay
- Show evidence of a total household income of less than $80,000 per annum
- Provide Family Tax Benefit A documentation issued by the Australian Government showing entitlement to financial benefits
- Provide current passport, driver’s license, medicare card, credit card, or bank statement
Qualifying for a 50% supported stay
- Show evidence of a total household income of less than $120,000 per annum, and/or have assets no greater than $300,000 for a single, or $450,000 for a couple
- You will be required to provide substantiating documentation to support your eligibility for a supported stay
